Telephone lines are open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Additional GP Appointments may be available when we are busy:

During normal GP practice hours if we are fully booked for that day, we may be able to offer you an alternative appointment with a GP based in one of the locations listed below. If you contact us on the usual practice number we will advise you of alternative appointments that are available and aim to book you in at the most convenient location for you.

When We Are Closed

If you phone the practice when it is closed, you will be asked to telephone NHS 111.

This is the number that the Out of Hours doctors service have decided to use as their point of contact for urgent problems that cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor. 

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
